What You'll Do:
As Property Manager, you'll be the face of the community and play a vital role in creating a positive living experience for residents.

Your responsibilities will include:
  •  Managing rent and home payment collections. 
  •  Building strong relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service. 
  •  Marketing and leasing available homes and lots. 
  •  Coordinating all move-in and move-out activities. 
  •  Ensuring compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations. 
  •  Issuing notices and managing delinquency and eviction processes when necessary. 
  •  Partnering with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents. 
  •  Conducting regular property inspections and helping maintain community appearance. 
  •  Communicating regularly with your Regional Manager regarding community operations and resident needs. 

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people.

Preferred qualifications include:
  •  3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience. 
  •  Strong customer service and communication skills. 
  •  Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  •  Experience with property management software; Rent Manager experience is a strong plus.
  •  Valid driver's license. 
  •  Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred. 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent. 
  •  Ability to pass a background check.
