Position Summary:
Admiral Communities is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Coordinator to support multiple mobile home communities across East Tennessee. This is a full-time, in-office hands-on role based out of our corporate office. This position supports the sales and leasing team by coordinating prospects, maintaining accurate records, scheduling tours, and assisting with customer service. This role helps ensure an organized, responsive, and professional experience throughout the sales and leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls, accurate documentation & following up in a timely manner.
- Responding to phone messages, emails, and website inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule property tours, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate prospect, client, property, and transaction information in the CRM.
- Confident sales abilities while communicating with current prospects.
- Assist with tasks for online sales and rentals.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and leasing team as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure documents and activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and fair housing requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM, property management, or real estate software preferred.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
